Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) Technician

TMS Technician — Neuronavigated

Pasadena (primary) & West Los Angeles  ·  Mobile, greater LA  ·  W-2 Employee

Part-time  ·  Flexible hours  ·  $20/hr during training  ·  $22–25/hr post-training

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are a small, growing TMS practice based in West Los Angeles, currently expanding into Pasadena and mobile in-home care across greater LA.  An ideal candidate can cover both offices and mobile.  This position starts at our West LA clinic for training, then covers our Pasadena clinic and in-home patients — with ongoing West LA coverage as well. Our practice is supported by two prominent Los Angeles psychiatrists. We are looking for someone ready to grow with us and help build something meaningful, not just fill a seat.

This is an ideal opportunity for recent college graduates preparing for medical school, nursing school, or a graduate program. In addition to hands-on clinical experience in a cutting-edge area of mental health treatment, the right candidate may have opportunities for:

  • Shadowing prominent psychiatrists in a clinical setting
  • Participation in ongoing research initiatives
  • Letters of recommendation for medical, nursing, or graduate school

HOURS & SCHEDULE

Hours are part-time and variable, with limited availability at the start as the practice grows. We expect hours to increase over time as our patient base expands across both locations. Candidates who bring additional skills — such as marketing, social media, or customer relations — may have the opportunity for more hours right away by contributing to those areas of the business.

EARN MORE HOURS WITH BONUS SKILLS

If you have experience in any of the following, tell us — these are areas where we actively need support and where the right person can take on more responsibility right away:

  • Social media & content creation
  • Marketing & outreach
  • Patient & customer relations
  • Administrative operations
  • Website & technology
