Youth Coach - HuddleUp

HuddleUP Football is looking for energetic, dependable, and positive coaches who genuinely enjoy working with children!

Are you a college student, teacher, athlete, coach, daycare professional, or simply someone who loves helping kids learn and grow?

You may be a great fit for HuddleUP.

HuddleUP is a social-skill-based flag football program for children ages 2–12. Our coaches lead fun, age-appropriate football activities while helping children develop important skills such as teamwork, communication, confidence, listening, cooperation, and sportsmanship.

Create a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for every child

Follow HuddleUP's curriculum and coaching expectations

Arrive prepared, on time, and ready to engage with children

What Makes a Great HuddleUP Coach?

You don't have to be the best football player.

"I'm safe here."
"I can do this."
"I'm part of the team."

If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you!
