• Lead personalized one-on-one and small-group training sessions tailored to each client's goals and abilities
• Coach clients through Strength training, assisted Stretching and Balance exercises
• Inspire, motivate, and educate clients throughout their fitness journey
• Create a positive, energetic, and welcoming studio atmosphere where clients feel supported and encouraged
• Help maintain a clean, professional, and engaging training environment

• Are passionate about helping people improve their health and transform their quality of life
• Thrive in a positive, team-oriented environment and supportive culture
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others
• Bring enthusiasm, professionalism, and positive energy to every client interaction
• Hold a degree in Health Sciences, Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or a related field (preferred but not required).
