Overview & Our Mission

Dialogo Therapy is a growing private practice providing high-quality, culturally responsive care in person in Allen Park and virtually throughout Michigan.

Founded to fill a critical shortage of Spanish-speaking mental health spaces in Metro Detroit, we serve a vibrant spectrum of bicultural identities—from native Spanish speakers to English-speaking Latinos and mixed-language couples.

Schedule & Location

Type: Part-Time, Fully Remote — 1099 Independent Contractor

Minimum Clinical Commitment: 20 client-facing clinical hours per week

Location: Fully remote; Michigan residency required. Sessions must be conducted from a private, professional setting appropriate for telehealth.

You set your own schedule. Within the 20-hour weekly clinical commitment, we are specifically looking for clinicians who can offer availability during at least two of our highest-demand scheduling periods, which can be any combination of:

Two weekdays with session availability beginning at 5:00 p.m. or later

Two days between Friday, Saturday, and/or Sunday

A combination of one weekday evening and one Friday, Saturday, or Sunday

We are asking for this availability because we have a steady stream of referrals and clients currently seeking these appointment times. Our goal is to bring on a clinician who can help us accommodate this existing demand while still having the flexibility to build a schedule that works for them.

Additional clinical hours outside these high-demand periods can be scheduled at your discretion.

Compensation & What We Provide

This is a 1099 independent contractor position.

Compensation is structured as a fee split based on collected revenue:

Therapist retains 65% of collected revenue

Practice retains 35% of collected revenue

This split reflects the practice infrastructure and support provided by Dialogo Therapy, including:

  • SimplePractice EHR and practice technology
  • Spruce Health HIPAA-compliant communication platform
  • Scheduling and appointment management support
  • Insurance billing and claims support
  • Credentialing and onboarding support
  • Administrative support
  • Marketing and referral development
  • Practice website and clinician profile
  • Client intake and onboarding support

As a fully remote clinician, you will provide telehealth services through the practice while maintaining your own appropriate private workspace.

Requirements

  • Must reside in Michigan
  • Active Michigan clinical license in good standing (LMSW, LPC, LMFT, or LP)
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical mental health experience
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to conduct assessments and therapy comfortably in Spanish
  • Ability to maintain professional liability (malpractice) insurance
  • Ability to provide telehealth services from a private, professional environment
  • Willingness to participate in occasional in-person collaboration or community projects in Metro Detroit

Preferred: Interest/experience in couples/family therapy, child/teen care, or bringing your own clinical specialty niche.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
