- Starting Wage $16-$18/hr. day and afternoon shifts
Paid Training, Paid Time Off, Referral Program
What will you do?
- Provide support services for youth and adults, on-site and in the community, to build daily living and coping skills directly related to personal goals
- Be a positive, consistent presence in the client's life
Other Responsibilities:
- Engage in a positive, dynamic, trauma informed learning environment that places a priority on building trust with all clients and collaborating with others
- Provide transportation to client as required by program goals and personal plan
- Develop activities and role model strategies that contribute to progress towards goals
- Empathize with clients' situations effectively and help them work through difficulties by learning and applying the foundational skills of Motivational Interviewing
- Understand client needs and issues | give and receive feedback
