Senior Living Advisor (REMOTE)
Responsibilities
Help seniors and their families navigate senior living choices by providing information, answering questions, and facilitating referrals to advisors. Listening skills and empathy are essential to this role. This is a work-from-home opportunity that provides customer service through inbound and outbound phone calls.

- Pass PC scan (must be on a computer, not mobile device)
- Record Video Interview (can re-record as many times as needed)

Earnings Potential
- US Agents will earn $0.20/productive minute
- CA Agents will earn $0.14/pm (USD)
- Performance-based incentives provide the opportunity to earn an additional $.04 to $.07 (US) per productive minute.
- Contractors on this role typically earn between $12-$17/hour
Skills Needed
- Consultative sales skills
- Exceptional verbal communication and rapport-building skills
- Ability to multi-task - you will be speaking with callers, navigating multiple systems, and entering information to create client profiles
- Empathy - you will be dealing with sensitive health issues
Schedule
- Client hours of operation are Monday-Sunday, 7:00am-11:00pm
- You create your own schedule - select the available hours that are convenient for you.
Work Environment Requirements
- Quiet, uninterrupted space
- Organized desk area
Technology Requirements
- Personal computer (no tablet)
- Broadband internet connection, recommended at least 10 MBPS
- Wired internet connection (no wi-fi or mobile internet)
- Windows 11 operating system
- Valid antivirus software installed, running and up to date
- USB headset with microphone
- Dual monitors
