Concierge & Creative Coordinator
We are hiring 2 candidates.
- 1 candidate to work Monday & Wednesday 4PM-8PM.
- 1 candidate to work Monday through Friday 5AM-9AM.
Equal parts front-desk warmth and creative content—we're hiring a Concierge & Creative Coordinator who's flexible enough for school and real enough for your portfolio.
Here's the thing: some gyms sell memberships. We coordinate care. We've been in Houston for over 22 years, and we've never been "just a gym." We're a wellness center where our clients work alongside physicians, exercise physiologists, mindfulness coaches, and functional nutritionists toward real health goals—and they stay because of how they're treated the moment they walk in.
That moment is you. And because our clients' stories deserve to be told well, this role has a second half: you'll join the creative eye behind our brand—photos, video, social, and design.
What you'll do:- Be the welcome. Deliver a warm, high-end concierge experience—check-ins, scheduling, and the small touches that make every visit feel personal.
- Keep the floor running warm and smooth. You're the go-to for day-to-day questions.
- Tell the real stories. Capture and share photos, videos, and social content of client wins, classes, and events.
- Make us look sharp. Design flyers, graphics, and promo materials across print and digital.
- Access to pro tools, on us. Canva Pro, scheduling software, social accounts.
- A portfolio that means something. Real photography, video, and social content built on actual client stories—work you'll be proud to show.
- Creative ownership. Genuine latitude to help expand the brand alongside our marketing team.

Comfort with Canva is a plus, and hospitality or customer-service experience helps—but it's not required. We'll teach the rest. Students especially welcome—the evening schedule was built to fit around class.
CPR/AED certification required (need one? we'll point you to a class).
Schedule of Candidate 1:Monday & Wednesday, 4:00–8:00p weekly. Plus mandatory team meetings—second Tuesday monthly, 3:30–4:30p, and first Tuesday of each quarter, 3:30–5:00p.

IF Candidate 1 or 2 joins the Marketing Team: Weekly Marketing Meetings for 1 hour mandatory. Time can be flexible.
