Behavior Technician or RBT

Compassionate Care ABA is hiring dependable Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians to support adults with developmental disabilities and autism in home, community, work, residential, and day-program settings across Central Maryland.

What you will do:
• Implement written behavioral procedures under qualified clinical supervision.
• Collect accurate behavioral and skill-acquisition data.
• Support communication, daily routines, community participation, and independence.
• Complete timely electronic notes and report safety or implementation concerns.
• Participate in required training, supervision, competency checks, and quality review.

Qualifications:
• At least 18 with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and technology.
• Professional communication, confidentiality, reliability, and appropriate boundaries.
• Ability to complete employment, background, DDA, safety, and client-specific training.
• Active RBT certification is welcomed but not required for every assignment.

Pay: $25–$35 per hour. Placement reflects adult DDA experience, active RBT status, competencies, availability, travel requirements, and assignment fit. Paid required training and qualified clinical supervision are provided.
