Swim Instructor – Stratford YMCA
Pay: $17.50–$24.00/hour | Flexible Hours

The Stratford YMCA is looking for enthusiastic and dependable Swim Instructors to join our Aquatics team! This is a great opportunity for University of Bridgeport students looking for a flexible job that works around their class schedule.

Swim Instructors teach children and adults of varying ages and abilities, helping participants develop swimming skills, water confidence, and a lifelong love of the water.

We are looking for individuals who are comfortable in the water, enjoy working with children and families, and have strong communication skills. Previous swim instruction or aquatics experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidates.

We offer flexible scheduling and competitive pay ranging from $17.50–$24.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
