• Total annual earning potential of $335,000–$450,000 consisting of base salary plus additional earnings (productivity, director stipends, call pay)

What Your Day-to-Day Practice Looks Like:

• In-person hands-on psychiatric care across inpatient, consult-liaison, outpatient, and telepsychiatry settings

• Established referral networks providing immediate patient volume

• Opportunities to lead, teach, and mentor within a physician-led model

• Efficient workflows — established templates, documentation standards, and administrative support so you can focus on patients.

• Real career mobility — leadership, Medical Director, and academic/GME teaching pathways as the organization grows.

• Leadership & Mentorship - Provide supervision and mentorship of midlevel providers

What We're Looking For

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist

• Fellowship training in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry required or eligible

• Medical license or ability to obtain licensure in the state that you are applying

• Experience or strong interest working with midlevel providers

• Interest in academic psychiatry, teaching, and mentorship

• Strong communication and collaborative care skills
