Lead Gymnastics Instructor Tiny Tumbles LLC

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Lead Gymnastics Instructor to join our team at Tiny Tumbles: A mobile gymnastics gym serving Bucks and Montgomery County. This role combines leadership, coaching expertise, and operational management to create a vibrant environment where children of all ages can thrive. As the cornerstone of our team, you will inspire participants, ensure safety standards are met, and foster a positive, engaging atmosphere that promotes health, fitness, and fun. Tiny Tumbles strives to foster an environment of inclusion and growth—both in the gym and beyond—by leading and instructing students ages 18 months to 10 years.

Duties

  • Teach students how to safely execute gymnastics skills, following Tiny Tumbles curriculum
  • Set up mobile gym by transporting equipment from vehicle into gym space and assembling equipment properly
  • Maintain class management, practice positive reinforcement, and educate students on class rules and expectations
  • Ensure athlete safety by using proper spotting techniques and educating students on proper use of equipment and execution of skills
  • Oversee assistant instructors and ensure job responsibilities are carried out
  • Drive company vehicle to class locations from its designated storage/parking area

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience coaching gymnastics. Management experience preferred.
  • Weekday availability from 3:30 pm-8:30 pm
  • Willingness to travel throughout Bucks and Montgomery County, PA
  • Demonstrated ability to work with children in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of behavior management techniques to motivate participants and maintain class cohesion during activities
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire teamwork and foster positive relationships with athletes, families, and staff
  • USAG Safe Sport certification (free course available online)
