Events Coordinator Soccer Coach
On Track Soccer is looking for an energetic, reliable Events Coordinator / Soccer Coach to lead and manage soccer birthday parties at House of Turf in Farmingdale, NJ.
This is a part-time weekend position ideal for a college student with soccer playing or coaching experience who enjoys working with children and creating fun, high-energy events.
You’ll be responsible for the full party experience — welcoming families, leading soccer games and activities, keeping the event on schedule, and making sure everything runs smoothly from setup through clean-up.
Responsibilities
- Set up the field and party area before each event
- Welcome the birthday child, parents, and guests
- Lead fun, age-appropriate soccer games, challenges, and competitions
- Adapt activities for different ages and playing abilities
- Keep children engaged and the soccer portion of the party organized
- Manage the party schedule and transition between activities
- Coordinate the party area, food, cake, and other event logistics as required
- Communicate professionally with parents
- Reset and clean the playing and party areas after each event
- Help us continually improve and grow our birthday party program
What We're Looking For
- Previous soccer playing and/or coaching experience
- Experience coaching or working with children
- Confident leading groups of young players
- Energetic, engaging, and able to create a fun environment
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable taking responsibility for an entire event
- Regular weekend availability
- Previous camp, clinic, birthday party, or youth sports experience is a plus
Schedule
Part-time / weekends
Primarily Saturdays and Sundays, with hours based on party bookings. There may be opportunities for additional coaching and event hours within On Track Soccer.
Ideal For
