Creative Impact Intern
Want an internship where you actually do something meaningful?
Critical Mass Foundation is seeking energetic, creative interns who want hands-on experience while making a real difference in people’s lives. You won’t spend your semester making copies or watching from the sidelines—you’ll help us create, develop, and expand programs centered on recovery, community outreach, music, workforce development, and positive life transformation.
Depending on your interests and skills, you may:
Create social media, photography, and video content
Help develop Milestones, our program celebrating people making positive life changes
Participate in community and food outreach
Contribute to CMF Music and other creative projects
Assist with events, marketing, and nonprofit campaigns
Build partnerships with businesses and community organizations
Help create and grow new programs
Bring your own ideas to the table
You’ll work directly with our team and the people we serve, build meaningful relationships, and witness remarkable transformations as individuals rebuild their lives.
We’re looking for students who are positive, dependable, creative, compassionate, and willing to take initiative. Students studying marketing, communications, film and media, music, business, psychology, social work, nonprofit management, or related fields are encouraged to apply—but we care more about who you are and what you can contribute than your specific major.
Build your résumé. Develop your portfolio. Make professional connections. Gain real-world experience. Most importantly, do work you’ll actually be proud of.
Recovery. Community. Opportunity.
