Domestic Violence Program Supervisor

Position Overview:

The SafetyNet Supervisor oversees program services in alignment with organizational policies, coordinating domestic violence and child abuse services for victims and their children. This role is responsible for daily operations, staffing, fiscal oversight, and maintaining a safe, therapeutic environment.
 

Here’s what the job involves:

  • Lead and supervise staff and contractors, including hiring, performance management, and corrective action.
  • Oversee client services, including intakes, assessments, safety planning, treatment plans, and therapeutic interventions.
  • Ensure high-quality, compliant services through risk assessment, crisis intervention, documentation review, and required trainings.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with courts, legal entities, and community organizations to support comprehensive services.
  • Support program growth through intern/volunteer supervision, reporting, CQI activities, and collaboration on funding opportunities.

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in human services field required.
  • Minimum five (5) years in related field, including one (1) year in a supervisory role
  • Experience providing clinical outreach preferred.
  • Clinical licensure required
  • National Provider Identification Number (NPI) preferred. If not, must obtain upon hire.
  • State of Florida Medicaid Provider Number preferred. If not, must obtain upon hire.
  • Qualified Clinical Supervisor preferred
  • Valid Florida driver’s license with clean driving record required
