At LTC, you will not just be seeing patients. We are going to teach you a specialty. This is an excellent opportunity for a COTA who is interested in growing beyond general therapy skills and developing advanced clinical knowledge through extensive one-on-one mentorship from experienced occupational and hand therapists.
We are looking for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant who has a heart for helping others and would thrive in a supportive Outpatient Orthopedic and Hand Therapy setting.
Experience is preferred, but we love new graduates. We will train the right person. All applications are completely confidential.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer an excellent salary and benefits package.
Relocation and sign-on bonuses are available for the right candidates. We also provide financial rewards based on work performance and patient care.
