Turn Your Passion for Fitness Into Coaching Experience

FS8 Malibu is opening soon, and we're looking for motivated Pepperdine students and recent graduates to join our founding coaching team!

If you're studying Sports Medicine, Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Health Sciences, or simply have a strong background and passion for fitness, this is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the boutique fitness industry — right here in Malibu.

WHAT IS FS8?

FS8 combines Pilates, functional strength training, yoga-inspired movement, mobility, and athletic conditioninginto a unique group fitness experience.

WHAT YOU'LL GAIN

As part of our founding team, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Gain real-world group coaching experience
  • Receive comprehensive FS8 training and education
  • Have the opportunity to complete Pilates certification
  • Develop your skills in functional strength, Pilates, mobility, and group instruction
  • Learn how to coach proper technique and movement
  • Build confidence leading and motivating groups
  • Develop relationships within the Malibu fitness community
  • Grow with a brand-new studio from the beginning

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for individuals who are:

  • Passionate about health, fitness, and helping others
  • Energetic, outgoing, and comfortable working with people
  • Interested in group fitness and coaching
  • Reliable and professional
  • Eager to learn and develop new skills
  • Team-oriented and excited about building a positive studio community

Previous group fitness or personal training experience is a plus, but we encourage motivated candidates with strong fitness backgrounds to apply.
