About ANOD Care Services

ANOD Care Services is a family-centered provider dedicated to delivering compassionate, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families throughout Arizona.

As our ABA program continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our collaborative clinical team. This is an opportunity to provide high-quality clinical care while being supported by an experienced operations team and a growing ABA department.

Position Summary

The BCBA is responsible for overseeing the clinical quality of ABA services for an assigned caseload. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Assistant BCBAs, providing caregiver training, monitoring client progress, and ensuring services meet BACB, Arizona, and payer requirements.

The position is remote, and candidates may reside anywhere within the United States. Clinicians must hold or obtain authorization to practice in Arizona and must be physically located within the United States while providing telehealth supervision services.

Essential Responsibilities

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and other clinical assessments.

Develop individualized treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).

Supervise and provide clinical guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs).

Provide appropriate supervision and mentorship to Assistant BCBAs when assigned.

Analyze clinical data and modify programming based on client progress.

Provide caregiver training and collaborate with families.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary providers and internal team members.

Complete treatment plans, progress reports, reauthorizations, and other required clinical documentation accurately and on time.

Ensure services are delivered in accordance with the BACB Ethics Code, AHCCCS requirements, payer guidelines, and company policies.

Participate in team collaboration and contribute to a positive clinical culture.

Required Qualifications

Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.

Active Arizona Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential or ability to obtain Arizona licensure prior to providing services.

Experience providing ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities.

Experience supervising RBTs and/or BTs.

Strong clinical judgment, communication, organizational, and documentation skills.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team.

Must be physically located within the United States while providing telehealth supervision services.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supervising Assistant BCBAs.

Experience with insurance-funded ABA services.

Home-based ABA experience.

Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Full-Time W-2 Compensation & Benefits

$90,000–$105,000 annually, based on experience

$1,000 sign-on bonus paid after 90 days of successful employment

Full-time W-2 BCBAs average approximately 25–30 billable hours per week, allowing dedicated time for treatment planning, supervision, caregiver collaboration, documentation, meetings, and other clinical responsibilities.

1099 Independent Contractor Opportunity

Experienced BCBAs seeking additional flexibility may also be considered for independent contractor opportunities.

$65–$90 per billable hour, based on experience
