Job description 

KidsUnited Frisco Plano is looking for a passionate and energetic Coach / Member Services Associate to join our growing team.

This is a hybrid role that combines on-field coaching with front desk member services and sales support. Team members in this position help deliver an outstanding experience for our young athletes while also supporting families and prospective members at the front desk.

Our mission is to help children become more confident, coordinated, and motivated through our unique soccer development program for ages 1.5–9 years old. We’re looking for individuals who enjoy working with children, connecting with parents, and contributing to a positive, high-energy environment.

The ideal candidate has soccer playing or coaching experience, strong communication skills, and a desire to grow with a new and exciting youth development program.

Responsibilities

Coaching

• Coach children ages 1.5–9 years old
• Follow and deliver KidsUnited training sessions and curriculum
• Create a fun, energetic, and safe learning environment
• Communicate the purpose and focus of each session to families
• Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed during activities

Sales & Front Desk Operations

• Assist prospective members with program information and enrollment
• Conduct telephone inquiries, follow-up calls, and customer care calls
• Maintain accurate records using established CRM systems

Experience & Qualifications

• Soccer playing or coaching experience required
• Strong communication skills with children and parents
• Positive, energetic, and reliable
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Must be available weekday mornings and weekends
