Position Summary

Shifa Therapeutics is seeking a Neuropsychologist to join our growing team. This hybrid role involves providing high-quality neuropsychological and neurocognitive assessments for individuals with a wide range of mental health, cognitive, or neurological conditions. The ideal candidate is compassionate, clinically skilled, and motivated to grow within a collaborative, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct neuropsychological and neurocognitive assessments 
• Provide neuropsychological evaluation results, diagnostic impressions and therapeutic recommendations as appropriate
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including a psychiatrist, psychiatric nurse practitioners, therapists and practice manager
• Deliver psychoeducation to patients and families about mental health conditions, neuropsychological findings and treatment strategies
• Document services in compliance with professional and organizational policies and procedures 
• Stay current with advancements in neuropsychology and psychology through continuing professional development

Qualifications

Education

• Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology (Ph.D., Psy.D) or Forensic Psychology with specialization in neuropsychology  

Licensure

• Current Illinois licensure in good standing

Professional Requirements

• Malpractice insurance coverage of $1,000,000 / $3,000,000

Experience 

• Experience with neuropsychological testing and/or psychological assessment; outpatient experience preferred 
• 2+ years post licensure experience in neuropsychological assessment
• Knowledge of DSM-5 and all relevant diagnostic information 

Expected Pay

• Split percentage between contractor and business
• Pay is highly dependent upon contractors availabilty and caseload
