In-Home Counselor
SIRE Solutions is looking for caring, reliable individuals to join our team as In-Home Counselors. This role is a great fit for someone who wants hands-on experience working with families, values flexibility, and wants to make a real impact in their community.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Working directly with children, parents, and caregivers in their homes or the community
- Supporting families involved with Children & Youth Services (CYS)
- Helping caregivers build parenting skills, structure, and routines
- Assisting families with emotional regulation, communication, and problem-solving
- Collaborating with caseworkers, schools, and other professionals
- Completing simple, timely documentation
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a human services–related field
(psychology, social work, criminal justice, sociology, education, etc.)
- Experience working with children or families is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication skills and good boundaries
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
Pay & Perks
