Community Partner Manager

Backpack Healthcare is hiring a part-time Community Partner Manager to build relationships with local healthcare and community organizations. If you're outgoing, reliable, and like being out in the field instead of stuck behind a desk, this could be a great fit.

What you'll do:

- Visit pediatric offices, clinics, hospitals, schools, and community organizations to introduce our services
- Follow a pre-built weekly itinerary — we map your route, you show up and build the relationship
- Log your visits and stay on top of simple reporting (training provided)

Schedule:

- 3-4 field days/week (4-6 hrs/day) meeting with partners
-19–20 hrs/week total, consistent week to week

What we're looking for:

- Reliable car + valid driver's license (you'll be driving to multiple locations each day)
- Comfortable meeting new people and talking about what we do
- Organized enough to log your day same-day (smartphone required)
- Healthcare, community outreach, or field sales background a plus — not required

Pay & perks:

- $20/hour base
- Weekly performance incentives as new partners start referring patients
