Registered Behavior Technician

Upwards ABA is a BCBA-owned ABA provider delivering individualized, in-home therapy to children and families across Colorado. We are growing our clinical team and seeking dependable Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavior Technicians interested in building a career in ABA.

Responsibilities:
• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
• Implement individualized treatment and behavior-support plans
• Collect accurate session data and complete required documentation
• Follow clinical protocols and BCBA direction
• Communicate professionally with caregivers, supervisors, and team members
• Maintain reliable attendance and consistency with assigned clients

Qualifications:
• Active RBT credential preferred, or interest in pursuing RBT certification
• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation for in-home client sessions
• Strong communication, reliability, and professionalism
• Comfortable working directly with children and families
• Psychology, behavioral science, education, special education, social work, child development, healthcare, or related coursework or experience is preferred
