Skills (Preferred)

• Experience in working with children, coaching, or teaching physical education, is preferred but NOT REQUIRED. We offer paid training for the right candidates.

Job Summary

• Lead fun, structured recreational gymnastics classes for children of various beginning skill levels, ensuring all participants are engaged and motivated.
• Demonstrate proper techniques for basic gymnastic skills, including tumbling, balance beam, vaulting, and floor exercises for young children.
• Foster a positive environment that encourages teamwork, sportsmanship, and confidence-building among participants.
• Monitor safety protocols diligently, ensuring all equipment is used correctly and the environment remains secure at all times.
• Manage behavior effectively through proactive behavior management strategies to maintain a respectful and inclusive atmosphere.
