- Lead preschool gymnastics classes focused on developing motor skills, balance, flexibility, and coordination in children aged 2-5 years.
- Design and implement age-appropriate activities that incorporate elements of sports coaching, martial arts (such as karate or judo), climbing, cheerleading, and swimming fundamentals to diversify the learning experience.
- Ensure safety protocols are strictly followed during all activities; supervise children closely to prevent injuries and manage behavior effectively.
- Foster a positive environment by encouraging participation, celebrating achievements, and promoting teamwork among young learners.
- Use effective behavior management strategies to maintain discipline while nurturing confidence and independence in each child.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding their child's progress, milestones, and any concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and class areas to ensure a safe and welcoming space for all participants.
