Clinical Sales Liaison for Home Care Home, you will play a crucial role in growing

our referral network and guiding families through their home care journey.

About the Role

As a seasoned sales professional with a passion for helping others, you will build and maintain a network of high-potential referral sources, cultivate strong professional relationships, and provide exceptional client service. You will be responsible for:

• Referral Network Development: Building and managing a network of referral sources, identifying and developing new relationships within the healthcare community, and maintaining accurate contact records.
• Relationship Building & Networking: Cultivating strong professional relationships through consistent outreach, attending networking events, and representing Firefly Home Care in the community.
• Client Intake & Assessments: Responding to client inquiries, conducting in-home assessments, securing signed service agreements, and initiating care plans.
• Care Coordination & Retention: Collaborating with internal teams, conducting hospital visits, and completing follow-ups to ensure a smooth start of care and high client satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

• Required:
+ Minimum 1 year of outside sales experience
+ Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals

• Preferred:
+ 3+ years of healthcare sales experience
+ Active healthcare license (RN, OT, PT, NP, PA, etc.)
