We specialize in orthopedic rehabilitation, motor vehicle accident injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, balance and vestibular therapy, sports injuries, and general musculoskeletal conditions. Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Licensed Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about patient care, values clinical excellence, and enjoys working in a collaborative outpatient setting. The therapist will evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans while educating patients and helping them achieve their rehabilitation goals. This position has a primary clinic assignment in either Lowell or Stoneham. Therapists may occasionally provide coverage at the alternate location based on patient care needs and scheduling.
Responsibilities
● Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and establish individualized plans of care
● Provide evidence-based treatment for orthopedic, neurological, post-operative, sports, and motor vehicle accident patients
● Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
● Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record ● Educate patients on their condition, home exercise programs, injury prevention, and wellness
● Collaborate with physicians, case managers, attorneys, and other healthcare professionals as needed
● Maintain a positive, professional, and patient-centered clinical environment
● Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continued growth of the practice Qualifications Required
● Current Massachusetts Physical Therapist License (preferred at the time of hire)
● Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
● Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
● Excellent documentation and time management abilities
● Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team Preferred
● Experience in outpatient orthopedics (new graduates are welcome to apply)
● Experience treating motor vehicle accident and post-operative patients
● Manual therapy experience is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
● $50–$55 per hour, based on experience

Relocation Information Massachusetts-licensed Physical Therapists are preferred. We also welcome applicants who currently hold licenses in multiple states and are planning to relocate back to Massachusetts. While we do not offer a relocation package or moving reimbursement, we are happy to assist with the transition by connecting candidates with a trusted local realtor to help identify housing options in the area.
