As an Instructional Systems Specialist, you will:

• Apply adult learning principles and instructional systems design (ISD) processes to create complete, self-contained training products, including instructor-led courses, e-learning solutions, blended learning programs, job aids, learning plans, curricula, and assessments.
• Conduct task and needs analyses to determine training requirements and priorities relative to organizational needs and available resources.
• Design and conduct formative and summative evaluations to measure training effectiveness, impact, and value.
• Develop instructional materials and learning solutions, including assessments, job aids, instructor-led courses, e-learning modules, and blended learning products.
• Ensure adherence to instructional systems design best practices and accessibility and interoperability requirements, including Section 508 and SCORM standards.
• Serve as an authoritative consultant and troubleshooter for training and instructional systems design activities.
• Consult with component customers and project managers to clarify requirements, project scope, timelines, and resource needs.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure training content, delivery methods, and logistics met organizational needs.
• Identify and recommended solutions for compliance gaps and program issues and collaborate with components to resolve deficiencies.
