Direct Support Professional

We are seeking an engaging, creative, and proactive Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team in a part-time role. This position focuses on Community Networking and Individual Skills Development (ISD) for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).

This position focuses on skill-building and social connections — no personal care (ADLs) or medication administration is required.

Your goal will be to coach individuals directly within their natural environments — such as their homes, neighborhoods, local stores, public transit routes, and community centers — helping them master the practical, real-world skills needed to live more independently and build meaningful community connections.
