Pediatric Physical Therapist

Overview

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Pediatric Physical Therapist with an interest in pelvic floor therapy to join our growing team. This role focuses on treating children with pelvic floor dysfunction, including bowel/bladder issues, constipation, incontinence, and coordination impairments, while also addressing broader gross motor and developmental needs. No prior pelvic floor experience is required—we are willing to train the right candidate who has a strong pediatric foundation and eagerness to learn.

All Access Therapy is a pediatric therapy clinic focused on helping children achieve functional independence through specialized, evidence-based care. Our programs are led by a Board-Certified Pediatric Clinical Specialist, with strong emphasis on reflex integration, intensive therapy models, and whole-child treatment.

 

Position Overview

We are seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist with an interest in pelvic floor therapy to join our team. This position offers a diverse caseload, including pelvic floor dysfunction, developmental delays, neuromotor impairments, and pediatric orthopedic conditions.

👉 No pelvic floor experience required—we will train you.

This role is ideal for therapists who enjoy combining hands-on treatment, neurodevelopmental strategies, and functional movement training.

 

What You’ll Treat

Pelvic Floor

  • Constipation, encopresis, enuresis
  • Bowel/bladder dysfunction
  • Core and breathing coordination

Neuro + Developmental

  • Global developmental delay
  • Autism spectrum disorder
  • Coordination and motor planning deficits
  • Balance, vestibular, and proprioceptive challenges

Reflex Integration

  • Identification and treatment of retained primitive reflexes
  • (ATNR, STNR, TLR, Moro, Spinal Galant, etc.)
  • Integration into functional movement and daily activities

Pediatric Orthopedic

  • Toe walking
  • Torticollis
  • Postural asymmetries
  • Lower extremity alignment issues (genu valgum/varum, tibial torsion)
  • Strength, endurance, and mobility deficits

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive pediatric evaluations across multiple domains
  • Develop individualized, functional, and family-centered plans of care
  • Deliver 1:1, hour-long treatment sessions
  • Provide caregiver education and home programming
  • Integrate reflex, neuromotor, and orthopedic strategies into treatment
  • Collaborate with OT, PT, and medical providers
  • Maintain documentation standards
    • Daily notes within 24 hours
    • Evaluations within 48 hours
