Part-Time Trainer

SOGILITY PART-TIME TRAINER 

Roles and responsibilities: 

As a general trainer of a Sogility facility, the employee is required to assist & coach players during 30 minute training sessions for maximum effectiveness and enjoyment. 

Other duties include: 

*Have competency in use and instruction of all Sogility equipment *Instruct each session according to Sogility's training curriculum (including check-in on Upper Hand and on SGI training app) 

*Build rapport with current/prospective players and promote attendance at your training sessions 

*Have an understanding of all facets and program offerings at Sogility and encourage trial/additional training 

*Be engaged at all times (no sitting, no leaning, no food/drink during training) and coach/instruct players throughout each session 

*Report technical or player issues to GM immediately 

*Follow Sogility social media & retweet/share posts

*Ability and desire to provide our clients and players with a high level of service *Build enthusiasm to create a positive work environment. 

*Represents Sogility and maintains appropriate relationships w/parents and players. *Perform all safety and emergency procedures as needed. 

Qualifications & Experience: 

*USSF National Coaching License Preferred 

*Coaching experience required; Youth, Collegiate or Professional *Prior experience providing private, one-on-one training sessions Preferred *Background playing in a club, college, or professional setting is preferred *Desire to work cooperatively and effectively with different personality types as well as other departments, vendors, and clients. 

*Optimal interpersonal and communication skills 

*Passion for creating an inviting and welcoming environment 

*Ability to kneel, bend, reach, climb, and stand for long durations of time. *Ability to move and lift equipment and supplies of 40+ pounds
