Youth Sports Instructor/Coach

We’re looking for dynamic instructors/coaches who have a passion for coaching kids in various sports in preschools and elementary schools across the Santa Clara County. This position requires commitment to your classes and helping children learn the basics of the sport using provided lesson plans.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Knowledge of sports through playing, coaching, or teaching experience.
  • Experience working with children is required.
  • Comfortable leading activities in an athletic setting.
  • Available to work weekday afternoons (generally 1:00 PM–5:00 PM) and/or mornings (10:00 AM–1:00 PM).
  • Reliable transportation
  • Punctual, professional, patient, and dependable.
  • Ability to lead high-energy, engaging, and fun classes.
  • Must successfully complete a background check.
