We are seeking a full-time BCBA Clinical Supervisor (Two-Tier) to provide clinical leadership, supervise Behavioral Therapists, and partner with families to achieve meaningful outcomes. What You'll Do

As a BCBA Clinical Supervisor, you will:

• Manage a caseload of two-tier ABA cases while providing high-quality clinical oversight.
• Supervise and mentor Behavioral Therapists and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Provide parent and caregiver training to support skill generalization in the home environment.
• Complete assessments for treatment authorizations and reauthorizations.
• Develop, review, and oversee client treatment plans and progress reports.
• Conduct BCBA and RBT supervision in accordance with BACB requirements.
• Maintain monthly billable supervision expectations as established by the Clinical Director and Director of Operations.
• Ensure all clinical services comply with BACB ethical guidelines and professional standards.
• Complete required documentation, including Behavior Incident Reports (BIRs), Accident/Injury Reports, seizure reports, and other clinical documentation as needed.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification (Required)
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, Child Development, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Speech-Language Pathology, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and evidence-based interventions
• Experience supervising clinical cases and behavioral staff
• Proficiency in treatment planning, behavior reduction strategies, skill acquisition programming, and staff training
• Excellent written, verbal, organizational, and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team
• Spanish bilingual preferred, but not required
