Social Worker

Iowa County is seeking applications for a full-time Social Worker within the Aging & Disability Resource Center Unit: Essential duties include but are not limited to adult protective services in accordance with Wisconsin state statutes and Department of Health Services standards. This vacancy will be primarily serve the Mental Health, AODA, and 18-59 year old population. Starting pay is $31.37/hr. and a generous, comprehensive benefit package is provided.

Minimum requirements include: Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or related field, preference for one year of social work experience in a county social services department.  Current WI Social Work certification or the ability to attain the certification within the first two (2) years of employment required.  Applicants are subject to a criminal background check.
