Position Overview

We are seeking a Licensed Therapist to join our growing behavioral health team. This position provides outpatient psychotherapy services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns. Therapists work collaboratively with psychiatric providers, primary care providers, psychologists, nurses, peer specialists, and other members of our integrated care team to develop individualized treatment plans that promote recovery and resilience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, family, couples, and group psychotherapy using evidence-based treatment approaches.
  • Complete comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and formulate accurate clinical diagnoses.
  • Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans based on each client's goals and needs.
  • Provide treatment for a broad range of behavioral health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, personality disorders, adjustment disorders, grief, relationship concerns, and other mental health conditions.
  • Treat individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders when clinically appropriate.
  • Collaborate with psychiatric providers, primary care providers, psychologists, nursing staff, peer specialists, and community partners to coordinate comprehensive care.
  • Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation within the electronic health record.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings, supervision, and continuing education.
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA, ethical standards, CARF accreditation requirements, and state regulations.

Qualifications

Required

  • Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field.
  • Active Missouri licensure or provisional licensure (LPC, PLPC, LCSW, LMSW, or equivalent).
  • Excellent communication, clinical, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Preferred

  • Experience providing outpatient psychotherapy across the lifespan.
  • Experience working with diverse mental health diagnoses and evidence-based treatment modalities.
  • Knowledge of trauma-informed, person-centered, and integrated behavioral healthcare.
