Job Type: Contract (1099)

Pay Rate: $550.00 - $600.00 per completed assessment ( or $95.00 – $110.00 an hour)

Role Description The Licensed Psychologist will provide comprehensive psychological services, including diagnostic evaluations, individual and group psychotherapy, and treatment planning for diverse mental health conditions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting psychological assessments, documenting clinical findings, collaborating with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals, and participating in case consultations to ensure coordinated care. The psychologist will maintain accurate and timely clinical records, adhere to ethical and regulatory standards, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the clinic. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Houston, TX, working directly with patients in a multidisciplinary mental health setting.

Qualifications

Education & License: Doctoral degree (PhD/PsyD) in Psychology with an active Texas license.

Clinical Skills: Strong grounding in evidence-based mental health practices.

Therapy & Crisis: Skilled in individual/group therapy, treatment planning, and crisis intervention.

Assessment: Experienced in administering, scoring, and interpreting psychological tests.

Collaboration: Able to work alongside medical and healthcare teams for integrated care.

Documentation: Strong clinical writing skills and experience with EHR systems.

Professional Standards: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and a commitment to ethical, culturally responsive care.
