Pediatric Occupational Therapist

We’re expanding and looking for a warm, experienced OT or COTA to support our growing caseload. You’ll enjoy autonomy and flexible hours while being part of a supportive and innovative team.

Open Positions:

  • Part-time to full-time in Temecula, CA areas
  • Part-Time in Poway, Mira Mesa, up/down the I-15 corridor
  • Part-Time and Full-Time in North County (Encinitas, Oceanside, Vista, Escondido, Fallbrook)

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Conducting comprehensive pediatric OT evaluations
  • Writing clear, family-friendly evaluation and progress reports
  • Providing individualized, play-based treatment in homes, clinics, or schools
  • Building your own schedule with support from our admin and clinical team
  • Communicating with families and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
  • Maintaining timely and professional documentation (AI tools make documentation a breeze!)
  • Contributing to a positive, neurodiversity-affirming team culture

We’re Looking For:

  • A licensed OTR/L or COTA in the state of California
  • Pediatric experience or a strong desire to grow in this area (feeding, sensory, school-based skills a plus!)
  • Someone who is organized, self-motivated, and values flexibility
  • A therapist who connects with our values: child-led, strength-based, and family-centered care

Within 2-4 weeks
