We are a Tactical Laser Tag Arena with 3 locations. This is for the Florham Park location.

```Duties```
- Provide coaching and instruction in various laser tag missions in a video game like-experience.
- Teach proper techniques, strategies, and rules of the games.
- Create a positive and supportive environment for players.
- assist with parties.
- Organize and coordinate team competitions and tournaments.

```Qualifications```
- Previous experience working with in a similar environment a plus
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey instructions and provide feedback to athletes.
- Ability to manage behavior and maintain discipline in a positive manner.

Applicants should be comfortable with public speaking and well versed in relevant subject matter. As well as SELF MOTIVATED and able to perform job requirements with minimal direction.
