Help Students Build Healthy Minds, Strong Bodies, and Lifelong Confidence

Do you believe movement can transform lives?

We're looking for a passionate, compassionate, and engaging Yoga & Mindful Movement Instructor to lead after-school enrichment classes that help students develop physical strength, emotional resilience, self-awareness, and confidence in a fun, supportive environment.

This is much more than teaching yoga poses. You'll introduce students to movement, mindfulness, breathing techniques, stretching, relaxation, and positive self-expression while helping them build lifelong habits that support their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Every class is an opportunity to help students feel calmer, stronger, more focused, and more confident.

Whether you're an experienced yoga instructor, wellness professional, educator, fitness coach, dancer, or simply someone who loves working with children and promoting healthy lifestyles, we'd love to hear from you.

We provide curriculum guidance and ongoing support so you can focus on what matters most—creating an engaging, inclusive, and memorable experience for every student.

What You'll Do

As our Yoga & Mindful Movement Instructor, you will:

  • Lead engaging, age-appropriate yoga and mindful movement classes for students
  • Teach yoga poses, stretching routines, breathing exercises, relaxation techniques, and mindfulness practices
  • Help students improve flexibility, balance, coordination, strength, posture, and body awareness
  • Create a welcoming classroom where every student feels safe, respected, included, and encouraged to participate
  • Foster confidence, emotional regulation, focus, resilience, and healthy habits through movement and mindfulness
  • Adapt activities to accommodate different abilities, comfort levels, learning styles, and experience levels
  • Encourage teamwork, kindness, self-expression, and positive social interactions
  • Maintain a safe learning environment while ensuring student engagement throughout each class
  • Communicate professionally with school staff and program coordinators
  • Arrive prepared and excited to create a positive, high-energy learning experience

Who You Are

  • Experience teaching yoga, fitness, dance, movement, physical education, or wellness programs
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills
  • A positive, patient, dependable, and encouraging teaching style
