Essential Functions

This Graduate/Research Assistant position will work directly with Counseling faculty and Community Counseling Clinic staff and administration. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to: responding to emails and phone calls, working with Clinic Office Associate for in all clinic processes and day to day tasks including front desk coverage, assisting clients and counselors-in-training with clinic operations, assisting faculty and staff on tasks related to research and grant progress and administration, assisting in data collection, research analysis, implementation, and SPSS/data analysis. Offsite clinic duties and research assistance will be required if needed. Additional duties as assigned.

Work Schedule

20 hrs per week

Additional Duties

  • Assist the Research Coordinator with all grant-based initiatives and clinic research implementation
  • Assist the Clinic Office Associate will all clinic-related activities and other duties as designed
  • Assist the Clinical Coordinator, supervisors, instructors, and counselors-in-training with operations in the clinic that are associated with the grant research process



 

Required Qualifications

Acceptance into the Graduate Counseling Program at UNO or other graduate program on the UNO campus.
