Front Desk Concierge — Afternoon, Evening & Weekend Shifts

We’re looking for an outgoing, dependable Florida Atlantic University student to join our studio as a part-time Front Desk Concierge. This is a customer-facing role combining hospitality, membership sales, and light studio upkeep.

Schedule

Afternoon and evening shifts during the week

Friday and weekend shifts end by noon—giving you plenty of time to make it onto the boat with your friends! :)

Flexible scheduling based on class availability

What You’ll Do

Welcome customers warmly when they arrive and provide a friendly goodbye when they leave

Deliver excellent customer service in person and over the phone

Explain membership options and help prospective customers choose the right one

Follow up with prospective members and assist with membership sales

Answer calls, schedule appointments, and respond to general questions

Keep the front desk and customer areas clean, organized, and inviting

Help with light studio maintenance, including laundering and folding suits and towels

Restock supplies and help ensure the studio is ready for every customer

What We’re Looking For

Friendly, confident, and comfortable starting conversations

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

Strong customer-service and communication skills

Comfortable discussing and selling memberships in person and over the phone

Willing to help wherever needed to keep the studio running smoothly

Previous customer-service, hospitality, retail, or sales experience is helpful but not required

Current Florida Atlantic University students are encouraged to apply
