Master Social Worker (MSW) Spanish/English Speaking

We are seeking a dedicated MSW (Master of Social Work) to join our team and provide Comprehensive In-Home Care (CIC) and/or Independent Living Skills Training (ILST) services. The MSW will work with individuals directly to develop and implement person-centered plans that support the individual's goals and preferences, and promote independence and community integration. 

Qualifications: 

Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field. Experience working with individuals with traumatic brain injuries and/or disabilities. • Knowledge of the NHTD program and regulations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficiency in computer skills, including electronic health record systems.
