Residential Mental Health Practitioner

Job description:

At Village Ranch we help transform lives. We’re seeking a Residential Mental Health Practitioner to provide therapeutic services and support for youth in residential care.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead individual and group sessions weekly
  • Develop and review treatment plans
  • Support family reunification during placement transitions
  • Supervise and mentor residents daily
  • Document progress and maintain treatment records

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in behavioral sciences OR equivalent coursework + 2,000 hrs supervised experience
  • Practicum/internship in behavioral sciences
  • Age 21+ with valid driver’s license
  • Ability to work with diverse populations and families
