Exercise Science Stretch Therapist

At StretchMed Westford, we specialize in 1-on-1 assisted stretching to help clients eliminate chronic pain, increase mobility, rejuvenate, and move well. This internship provides hands-on learning with our proprietary STRETCHMED® protocols, combining PNF and static stretching techniques.

What You’ll Learn:

Proper stretching form, anatomy, and movement mechanics

How to guide clients safely through assisted stretch sessions

Client communication and engagement techniques

Studio operations and wellness business management

Ideal For:
Students studying Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Athletic Training, Physical Therapy, or Massage Therapy, and those pursuing related health or wellness fields.

Qualifications:

Strong interest in fitness, mobility, and helping others

Basic knowledge of anatomy and body mechanics

Professionalism, punctuality, and great communication skills

Ability to stand and assist clients through guided movement

LMT or CPT Certification
