Behavioral Therapist

Village Autism Center is a growing, BCBA-D owned and operated therapy center that serves children who are diagnosed with autism and related developmental delays. We have 2 clinics in metro Atlanta: Tucker and East Cobb Marietta. Services at Village Autism Center are based in the science of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) nestled within a developmental framework. Although we are a comprehensive treatment provider, our focus is skill acquisition or skill building. That means we work on teaching new skills, usually related to the core deficits of autism: social interaction and communication.

We are seeking highly motivated individuals with a passion for working with children and their families to join our team. As evidenced by our accreditation with BHCOE (Behavioral Health Centers of Excellence), Village Autism Center is committed to providing high quality training and mentorship at our clinics.

We have immediate openings for part-time practicum students and full-time therapists who are interested in getting the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. We offer the 40-hr training to become an RBT to all new hires. Our supervisors have tons of experience (certified for 10+ years) and carry smaller caseloads so that they can provide high quality oversight and supervision for our trainees and employees.

The primary duties of the behavioral therapist include working directly with children with ASD, collecting and entering data, graphing data, making teaching materials, and attending supervision meetings with the clinical team.
