Have you ever wanted to work in home missions, and do you have a heart for children? Boys Farm is a Christian residential home for children who are undergoing difficult family situations. We are located just outside the City of Newberry on 300 acres, with a picturesque 5K nature trail, stocked ponds, and ball fields. Boys Farm is hiring House Parent couples who want to make a transformative impact in the lives of needy children, living and working in a Christ centered positive environment. 

Our campus is located close to Lake Murray and Lake Greenwood, 1.5 hours from the mountains, and 3 hours to the beach! Newberry is a charming town with a “movie-set-like” downtown, year-round festivals & activities, and complete with the famous Newberry Opera House and Newberry College. We are centrally located between Greenville, Columbia, Charleston, and Myrtle Beach! Be 24 years of age or older

High School diploma or higher

Valid Driver’s License

Pass all background checks
