Loreti High Performance Soccer Training (Loreti HPST) is looking for passionate, knowledgeable, and motivated soccer coaches to join our growing team. We specialize in individualized, high-performance soccer training that helps players maximize their technical ability, confidence, and overall development.

If you have a strong soccer background, enjoy working with young athletes, and are committed to helping players reach their full potential, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

As a Loreti HPST coach, you will:

• Schedule and manage training sessions with players and families.
• Lead private and small-group training sessions independently.
• Communicate professionally with players and parents regarding scheduling, training updates, and availability.
• Assist with seasonal camps and special training events.
• Create a positive, challenging, and player-focused training environment.
• Represent Loreti HPST with professionalism and enthusiasm on and off the field.

Qualifications

We're looking for coaches who have:

• A strong background in soccer through coaching, competitive playing experience, or both.
• Experience working with and developing young players.
• A genuine passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping athletes improve.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday (Weekends as needed)
• Flexible scheduling based on coach availability
