Clinical Site Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Clinical Supervisor to join our Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC). The ideal candidate will hold an independent clinical licensure and be responsible for ensuring the integrity of the CCBHC, providing direct services, and overseeing the team at the site. Will also provide clinical services to clients, including assessments, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions. Maintain a caseload as required.   Will also supervise and support the clinical and administrative staff. Conduct regular team meetings, provide training and development opportunities, and ensure effective communication within the team. 

Must be fully licensed in State of Maine with LCSW or LCPC and have 5 years of clinical exp. in a behavioral health setting.  Previous supervisor exp. also needed.  Should have strong communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to work effectively in a team environment. 

On-site Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.
