About the Role
New Viva MD is looking for a Health Coach to join our growing weight-loss and preventive health practice in Chandler. Since 2019, we've helped patients build healthier lives through personalized, comprehensive, and preventive care. As a Health Coach, you'll be a key part of that journey β helping patients build sustainable habits around nutrition, movement, and lifestyle alongside our clinical team's exams, labs, and treatment plans. Our practice focuses on Internal Medicine, Obesity Medicine, hormone health, and aesthetics, all delivered with an evidence-based approach that treats every patient as a whole person.

What You'll Do
- Guide patients through personalized health and lifestyle goals
- Provide ongoing motivation, accountability, and education
- Work closely with our NPs, PAs, and physicians as part of each patient's care team
- Track patient progress and celebrate milestones along the way

Required Qualifications
- Health Coaching certification, or degree in a related field (nutrition, exercise science, health promotion, etc.)
- Fresh graduates encouraged to apply
