Vote for Change is hiring motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as Community Outreach Canvassers.

In this role, you will go door-to-door, speak with community members, and support local outreach efforts. This is a great opportunity for anyone who enjoys working with people, being outdoors, and making a direct impact in their community.

No prior experience is required — training is provided.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with residents in a professional and respectful manner
• Share information and answer basic questions
• Record responses using a mobile app
• Work independently in assigned neighborhoods
• Follow daily field instructions and team guidance

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and reliability
• Comfortable walking outdoors for extended periods
• Ability to work independently and stay motivated

Compensation:

• $25 per hour for canvassing
• Work full time make $4000 a month
• $7 per valid signature (when applicable)
• Flexible schedule — work anytime between 9 AM and 8 PM
• Opportunities for additional earnings through referrals
