MA/MS Licensed Therapist
JOB SUMMARY: The MA/MS Licensed Therapist will develop comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments clinically responsive to age-appropriate patient/family needs and concerns commensurate with knowledge in the substance abuse/mental health field.

• Complete psychosocial assessment on each consumer within designated time of admission.
• Collaborate with other professionals to evaluate consumers’ medical or physical condition and to assess needs.
• Provide documentation of clinical and case management services in accordance with department standards.
• Participate with the interdisciplinary team in developing and implementing clinical treatment plans for consumers. Serve as consumer advocate for needs within the community.
• Maintain current all staff development requirements for this position

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
• Education:
- Master's degree in clinical or counseling psychology, Counselor Education, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or other relevant Human Service Field required
- Licensure required as Clinical Social Work, Mental Health Counselor, or Marriage and Family Therapist valid in FL
• Experience:
- Minimum of Two (2) years of direct clinical experience preferable in a health or mental health setting with an emphasis on population to be served in the assigned area
